Ok so I thought that I would take a minute, and talk about my feelings and opinions, along with the results I have had on the Paleo diet. First off I do not consider myself an expert on this diet or do I feel that I followed the diet exactly as it should be followed, but with that said, and after completing a month on the diet and evaluating my results I do plan on studying and finding out even more about the diet and the benefits that come for it.
After completing a month on the diet along with a workout program with crossfit salvation (a crossfit gym in Florida) I can say that I have never felt better in my life. I have more energy more stamina. I feel lighter, faster, and stronger. Not only has it affected me physically, I have see an improvement in my general attitude. I am, more confident, more positive, and happier.
At the beginning of this diet my Crossfit gym (Crossfitsalvation) started a Paleo challenge where we were tested on a variety of different exercises. The purpose of this was to see if the Paleo diet would have a positive impact on our fitness level. We were tested on our one rep max for Dead lift, Max effort push-ups that is to say how many push-ups you can do without stopping, and our 100 m sprint.
We have not tested the second time to see our results. I believe that we are retesting this weekend so I will show my results along with my original numbers so that we can compare the difference and  see if the diet has had a positive result on my fitness

So after all that. I have loved this diet it has been one of the only diets that I have stuck with, and have seen a noticeable difference in my physical and mental well being. To learn more about the diet there are hundreds of books and articles on the wed that you can find info. Also to maximize your results of  the diet I would strongly suggest to learn more about cross fit.
