Tuesday, March 01, 2011 Paleo challange Day 1

Breakfast = Fasted, because of a doctor’s appointment
Lunch = Buffalo chicken wrap  
Dinner = Chicken breast and broccoli

Snakes = Sunflower seeds,
Supplements = AminoRip

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible of:
5 Pull-ups,
10 Push-ups,
15 Air Squats.

Results = 11 rounds, 5 Pull-ups,  10 Push-ups,
