Breakfast = 2 oz amino rip
Lunch = 2 oz amino rip and tuna fish

WOD

Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
Time: 22:00 min


Strength work 

1. Power Clean+Hang Squat Clean+Clean: work up to 75% of best clean and do 5 sets.

2. Rack Jerks (back of the neck and press) : work up to a heavy single

3. Clean Deadlifts to Mid Thigh and pause. On 3rd rep explode: work up to 90%x3, 95%x3, 100%x3.
