95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

Strength work
2. Rack Jerks (back of the neck and press) : work up to a heavy single
3. Clean Deadlifts to Mid Thigh and pause. On 3rd rep explode: work up to 90%x3, 95%x3, 100%x3.
